We will organize the collection of the goods, informing you of the date and sending you the waybill to be affixed to the package. Alternatively, you can arrange the return shipment yourself at your own expense. In this case, the refund issued will be equal to the entire sum paid at the time of purchase (net of any additional shipping costs).

If you need the product for a certain deadline (gift, ceremony, etc.), we always recommend that you notify us in advance. We will inform you about the precise timing of evasion, so as not to create inconvenience.

We do our best to reduce mistakes, but we admit mistakes and oversights, fortunately on rare occasions. No problem.
